Description
The Scarecrow has returned to the Emerald City, driving General Jinjur out of the castle, however the city is still under siege, occupied by her all-girl army, who are not willing to give up the freedoms they have recently won. Surrounded on all sides Tip, Jack Pumpkinhead, and the others must fully restore the Scarecrow to power and save Oz in the process.
